About us
What We Do
Perigus Energy is a renewable energy company, headquartered in Cork, Ireland, operating across the UK, Ireland, Germany and Spain with a simple vision – to deliver energy with care.
We develop, construct, and operate onshore wind, solar and battery storage renewable energy solutions. From our offices in London and Edinburgh, the UK team drives growth in renewables through organic and commercial onshore opportunities.
In 2022, our first onshore wind farm – Kennoxhead in South Lanarkshire, Scotland – entered operation, installed capacity of 62 MW. Our pipeline of projects in the UK includes a further 200+ MW of onshore wind, as well as a gigawatt of solar power with our landmark projects of One Earth and Clean Air.
2026 marks a new chapter in our history, as we become Perigus Energy, backed by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. Combining our team’s decades of experience with CIP’s position as a global leader in energy infrastructure investments, we will continue to play a major role in the UK’s green transition.

Onshore Wind
Onshore wind energy is one of the UK's most dominant sources of renewable electricity, with the government aiming to double current capacity by 2030.
Solar
Utility-scale solar is a rapidly growing part of the British power system. We have over 1GW of solar power in development.
Battery Storage
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) are becoming a critical part of the electricity system, as well as helping in the transition towards better energy security for the UK.
